Once I have a Work-Study job, how do I apply the
money I earn towards my tuition?
Students receive a paycheck
for hours worked for a biweekly period. Payments
are made according to the University's biweekly
pay schedule. Paychecks can be directly deposited
to a personal checking or savings account. This
is arranged through the Payroll Office, 204 Administration
Building. At the discretion of the student, earnings
can be applied to tuition and or living expenses.
How this is handled is left to the individual.
Tuition payments can be made directly to the Cashier's
Office via a personal check.

How
do I return to the same Work-Study position for
the next Academic Year?
Students must reapply for Work-Study
through the Financial Aid Office each academic
year and summer period.
Each April a survey is sent
to all student aides. The survey is returned to
the Student Employment Office indicating intentions
for the next academic/summer semester. Return
to a prior position is contingent upon a work-study
award.
