Duquesne University recognizes the importance of the university's human resources and the impact that each individual makes in our pursuit of excellence.

The University believes that the job performance of each and every individual determines the quality of our institution as a whole. The university also recognizes that job performance may be affected by personal problems that when addressed in a timely, confidential, and professionally supportive manner, can be successfully resolved.

Therefore, Duquesne University has established an Employee Assistance Program (EAP). The program can be used as a resource when an employee has a personal problem that interferes with the employee's effectiveness and success on the job. The benefit is available to all full-time employees and their immediate family members.
